If you can't easily fall asleep or if you wake up too soon or too often, have a [[Rest]] instead.
Rather than stressing over your [[insomnia]] on those nights, remind yourself that you're resting your body.
[[Rest]] your mind by meditating in bed. Resist the temptation to think or [[plan]] or worry. That can be done in the day time.
Keep giving yourself permission to rest at night and eventually it'll be possible to [[Rest]] without the stress during the day too.
