A couple of intentional, deliberate breaths can lift your energy level without too much effort. ([[31Wishes-1|Wish 1]] has instructions on how to breath with intention.) If you have a bit more time: 1. Imagine breathing in energy when you inhale. 2. With every exhale, imagine the energy spreading to the places in your mind and body that need it. 3. If you feel like you have enough energy but want to continue the exercise, send it out towards people you think could use it. 4. When you're done with the exercise, breathe in the energy one last time & exhale it into the ground through your feet. 5. Go back to your usual breathing.
