When you need an energy boost, turn your attention to your breath.
A couple of intentional, deliberate breaths can lift your energy level without too much effort. [[31Wishes-BreathEasier|Click here]] for instructions on how to breathe with intention.
If you have a bit more time:
1. Imagine breathing in energy when you inhale.
2. With every exhale, imagine the energy spreading to the places in your mind and body that need it.
3. If you feel like you have enough energy but want to continue the exercise, send it out towards people you think could use it.
When you're done with the exercise, breathe in the energy one last time & exhale it into the ground through your feet.
Do this exercise for as long as you like. The longer your practice session, the stronger the energy.
It's even better if you practise Breathing In Energy every day. The practice becomes easier and the effects become stronger with every extra session.
