Remind yourself that you don't need to think or plan or worry. That can be done when tomorrow comes. Keep giving yourself permission to rest at night. Taking the pressure off yourself to sleep might actually help you sleep better! And if it doesn't, at least you're going to be better rested in the morning than you'd otherwise be.
