May you grow in strength day by day
Strengthen your body with movement; especially if you're not able to get out of bed.
It doesn't have to be exercise. Just move.
Even lying in bed, you can move by tapping your feet and/or hands to music. Or by slowly lifting your arms or legs off the bed, one at a time & resting before lifting a different limb.
Take your time. Be patient, because over doing it is probably going to slow down your recovery. Working within your comfort zone while you're healing will gradually build strength and coordination.
If moving your arms and legs is beyond your capacity right now, simply put your hands on your belly and [[31Wishes-BreatheEasier|breath into your hands]]. This will also build strength and coordination at a gentle pace.
As a bonus, movement also improves circulation.
Good circulation will help get oxygen, nutrients and energy to where they're needed for healing.
So move yourself every day and you'll be growing in strength day by day.
