Here you'll find accessible, practical resources that support people with ongoing symptoms of COVID-19 (commonly called "Long COVID-19" or just "Long COVID"). What you won't find on this website is a replacement for diagnosis and treatment from appropriately trained health care providers. Remember check with your [[GP]] before starting any exercise programs you find on the internet that they're suitable for you. This includes any of the exercises on this site. My intention is to start with summarising trusted [[Web Resources|resources]] from the web and sharing [[IRL Blog Home|my personal stories]] about managing Long COVID symptoms. Over time, I'll be adding information and exercises from the internet and from my own experience as a psychologist and qigong teacher.
